All multiplayer levels have their own special areas with body armor and the best weapons.  Here they are: 

                                                Temple
Best Weapon:  In the bottom of the lookout in the bright light; in the long room
Body Armor:     At the end of the long room.  It's in the darkness.
Best Ambush Location:  Body armor room.

                                                Complex
Best Weapon:  Go up from the room with the blue and yellow light.
Body Armor:  In the yellow light; In the red light; in the off-white light
Best Ambush Location:  Lookout where the best weapon is found.

                                                Caves
Best Weapon:  In the long and orangey tunnel
Body Armor:     '' ''
Best Ambush Location:  '' ''

                                                Library
Best Weapon:  Middle floor and top floor.
Body Armor:  In the basement and the top floor.
Best Ambush Location:  Top floor balcony.

                                                Basement
Best Weapon:  Dark and brown rectangular room.
Body Armor:  In a long, grey hallway.
Best Ambush Location:  Hallway with body armor.

                                                Stack
Best Weapon:  Found on all floors.
Body Armor:  Top floor.
Best Ambush Location:  Top floor balcony.

                                                Facility
Best Weapon:  Found in bathroom and in mini-bottling room.
Body Armor: End of hallway and in the room with double doors.
Best Ambush Location:  Bathroom.

                                                Bunker
Best Weapon:  Found in main control room; found in room with pillars.
Body Armor:  Found in room with pillars; found in red and yellow maze.
Best Ambush Location:  Entrace to control room.

                                                Archives
Best Weapon:  Found below stairs.
Body Armor:  Found in execution room.
Best Ambush Location:  Hallway with body armor

                                                Caverns
Best Weapon: Found in top off-white suspended hall; found in room with brown floor
Body Armor:  Found in area with explosive barrels behind glass.
Best Ambush Location: Hallway with 3 large doors.
